How to Prep Tea
Ratio 1 tea bag : 1 liter water
- 1Boil water then throw in tea bags.
- 2Turn off heat. Simmer for 10 mins.
- 3Remove tea bags.
How to Cook Bubbles (Boba)
Ratio Bubble : Water = 1 : 10 (by weight)
※ Use a large pot; ensure mixture stays below 70% capacity.
- 1Boil water.
- 2Place bubble in boiling water.
- 3Stir from the bottom until bubbles float to surface.
- 4Put on lid, turn down heat (keep steam venting).
- 5Cook for 30 min, then turn off heat.
- 6Cool for 40 min with the lid on.
